Yeah i know what the rate is in some places. I just got back from Africa 2 months ago.
THese are non-english speaking refugees. I doubt that they will be infecting Americans with HIV if they have it. And if there are more than just the 10,000 that are there the US will probably choose the 10,000 that are disease free. You cannot come to the US on any type of visa from Africa if you have a disease such as HIV. Or any communicable disease for that matter. Anyone that is fimiliar with this group of people and their history know well that there are more than 10,000 of them, so the US would take its pick.

To WhipperSnapper - I guess we are all going to pay for it. I dont care, thats one thing you havent ever seen me do is complain about taxes. And if i did i wouldnt complain about a drop in the bucket to support 10,ooo Africans....Cause like China, I love Africa too. I havent even complained about the War Tax. Maybe we can ship a litte more over here to make up for the ones we sent back. The US is going to become a 3rd world country not from humanitarian expressions such as this but ill waged wars and a bullshyt bully international economics.
