URGENT video card help plz!! MSI 7600GT

I need any of you forum pros help quite fast 🙂

I just unpacked this graphics card (http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/vga/vga/pro_vga_detail.php?UID=729)

and I cant figure out how to take out the plastic casing on it...Is it supposed to be removed?

Please fast answer needed!!!

What plastic casing?

That's what the card is supposed to look like when you install it. There's two different cooling systems shown there, one is a single slot, the other dual slot.

That's part of the cooling system, it's supposed to be there.

OMG....I was actually trying to remove that until I gave up and then though of anandtech forums 🙁 🙁

The pic also must be there I assume?
