URGENT: RIP CD to BIN or ISO?

I bought this program that requires the CD, but i need to use it while I'm out and about WITHOUT charger and so I really need to be able to pull out the CD drive and put in my extra battery. What do you guys recommend?

HURRY, I HAVE 2 DAYS TO GET THIS WORKING!
 
I dont know how to make an ISO is the thing, each time i try an extraction I just get a folder with stuff in it rather than 1 file.
 
I think the RAW data ended up working, sorry for freaking out, but i'm going abroad soon and I had to get this done!
