Well, I used partition magic to expand my partitions. Needless to say it stalled in the middle of doing it and I lost one of my partitions...the big one with all my important data. I still have the boot section and my games partition. Now, the info is still there but it has no label. Is there anyway to add the label again to make it work? I used norton utilities but it doesn't seem to do what I need. Ive also used easy recovery but it only promts me to save the info to another destination. My boot partition is maxed and my games partition is close to maxed. Is there a simple or feasable solution to this?

Yes, format the partition and reinstall from your backup. You know? the backup's that partition programs warn you about before messing about.

There is a program on the Data Recovery site that can re-do partitions:
"If you have lost partition or strange problem with your hard disk partitions, you can try TestDisk".

Well, I went out and got another hardrive because I couldn't restore due to lack of free space. Norton disk doctor didn't work the way I expected and to top it off it wont boot anymore(can't open hive??) I think I will just format the games and boot section then try to restore on to my new hardrive. I don't think that I can hook it up and ghost the whole hardrive because they have the same drive letters. Is there a way to change drive letters on the new drive and Ill just format the boot sector on the old?
