URGENT: Please help, Problems with ASUS A7M266 and 1.33gig Tbird

I am building a new system that consist of an ASUS A7M266 and a 1.33gig Tbird. I got the thing to post with the AXIA chip but the board is seeing it as using a 10x multipler instead of 8x that it should be. I know it is not a power issue because the Fong Kai PS is a very good 300W one. The problem is that when I go to exit the bios, it does not POST again. I have to shut it off and wait a few seconds before it will POST again. I have tried saving repeatly and tried different video cards to no avail. I have tried everything I know. Someone please help me before I pull my hair out.

its suppose to be a 10x multiplier 10x133=1.33ghz

have you tried clearing the cmos and reflashing the rom...maybe the instruction set is some how corrupt....when you power up and allow it to boot fully how is it running

Fixed it. It was the d@mn Netgear FA311 NIC.
