URGENT: NTLDR missing??

I urgently need help, as this isn't for me, and it has to be done in about a half hour.

I installed small business server 2003, and everything went smoothly until I restarted. When it starts to boot up, i get an error saying:

NTLDR Missing. Press Any key to restart.

I reinstalled the os several times, and it happens every time after i activate it. However when i was about to reinstall it yet another time, I walked away for a moment, and when i came back, it said press any key to boot from cd. I ran to the computer, but i was too late, and the message had disappeared, however right after it, i saw the windows server 2003 boot screen, and everything booted up. It happens every time: to boot it up, i need to have a bootable cd in the drive, and let it go by. Any ideas why this is happening, and how to fix it? I really appreciate anybody who helps.

Thats exactly what I was gonna say. 99 times out of 100 NTLDR Not Found is disk in the floppy.

yup. it's the NT kernel version of "non system disk or disk error"
