URGENT NEED ON UNINSTALLING WIN XP

Hi,
As the title says I need some help on uninstalling or getting rid of win XP from my HD. I have a lot's of movies and complete seasons (From 1 to 10) of Friends which I no way I can burn on CD's and I don't have a DVD burner. I have an XP on that drive that is not working fine and I don't want to waste time on repairing it. I don't want to repair it anyway. It's on my primary slave (backup) drive and I want to keep my OS' in the my primary master drive. How can I get rid of Win XP on my primary slave without formatting the HD? Can I simply delete the windows folder??

I will appreciate any fast answer since I already started taking backups and I want to finish re-installing everything tonight..

Thanks

You can install more OS's on the same partition and not have a problem, so long as they all get their own little place,
i.e.
Windows 2000 c:\WINNT
Windows XP c:\WINDOWS

if you want to put 2000 on, do it, then delete the WINDOWS folder if there's nothing you need in it, and any other folder that doesn't contain relevant data anymore.
