So my old mobo is a P5LD2-VM r.1.03, and I just got all my new Core 2 Duo gear. But only rev 2.00G or higher supports C2Duo. So I need to buy one from a local store tomorrow.

General Nano Systems

Or anywhere else in Minneapolis, such as Circuit City or CompUSA.

What should I get?

UPDATE: How do you feel about the MSI P965 Platinum?

I have an E6600. I think I'll go with the MSI p965 Plat since it has two video card slots.

Look closer, the Abit board has two PCI-E 16x slots, 965 based boards don't. MSI also makes a 975 based board but it's not as good the Abit I linked to above.

well if it is 975 it will run at 8x for each I think. I need one more PCI card than that Abit as well.

Ok so there is two 16x slots on the P965 Platinum -- one of them runs at 4x.

The MSI board should be fine I would go with the Asus P5B for a 965 based board.
