URGENT!!! Need help with installing 3com (integrated) nic on a IBM thinkpad!

Can't get the laptop to find the drivers that I downloaded from IBM's support page on the A21e.

Anyone got tips?

Go to control panel. Open the system->harware tab->device manager

Are you updating the old driver to the newer one or not? If not then you should see something like unknown device.

then you open it and then go to the driver and then update driver. When asked where to locate the file, choose specify and then you browse it to the place where you put the file. You should be able to find it. If you still have problem, PM me.
