URGENT!! Mobo constant beeping when video card is in!

Long story short, just came back from my relatives house where I had put together a new system for him which was just like him except he had (has) a geforce 2mx..an old card...I took out my radeon 9800 pro and put it in his system to show him what it could do...it worked fine there..took it home with me and put it back in my system and now my mobo is doing nothign but constant beeping when I turn it on...no video on screen, just constant fast beeping..... the only thing i did before i put it in was change some jumpers on my cd drives, but I totally disconnected those and it still does it...I disconnected my HD, cdroms, and it still does it on post.....I take out the video card and it goes to the post beep and everything seems fine....what happended!!!!

UPDATE: problem fixed...didnt have PSU connected to vid card..thanks

Usually this happens when you knocked something else out of its socket. Reinsert your DIMMs and other cards, check the ribbon cables, maybe even the processor.
