Today my krzr (Sprint network) started it's alarm by itself at a time I never set. If I dismiss it it instantly pops back up. If I make it to the alarms menu I see that one isn't set 'off', but at the same time it's not at the right time for the alarm to be sounding when it is.
When I set the alarm to off, it goes back into it's neutral status once I reenter the alarm screen.
When I take out the battery and restart the phone, it starts alarming just as soon as the phone is on again. I went to the security section and reset a part of my phone - Don't know what, I thought the option was for a full reset, but I still have my contacts. My background has changed to the default though, and I think my settings. The bad news is that when I did that my old lock code (which was the last 4 digits of my phone num) stopped working, and I can't figure out what the default is.
My googling hasn't turned up a single person with this problem, and I need this phone for my job. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
