URGENT: internet ONLY works wirelessly

I used to be able to connect to the internet fine, even for the first month of college. Then, suddenly, about 2 months ago, I can't connect to the internet via any wired connection. I've tried many other dorm room's connections and it won't work on my PC.

Only wireless works...what the hell is going on? PLEASE help me.

I just don't understand why it's only my PC. It did start doing this a little after I installed my router though - but even a direct connection won't work
