Ok, I assume I don't need a 5-speaker setup since I can't put any satellites behind/on the side of me (if I'm wrong stop reading here and tell me I'm wrong; I'm a n00b when it comes to speakers). Here are the choices:

S4 MidiLand 3050M <-- what's the difference between these
S4 MidiLand 6040M <-- two aside from the extra piece?
Please tell me what's best and why. It needs to be under $100. I know this may belong elsewhere but I kinda need to know ASAP else I might not be able to get any of these. Thanks in advance!
