This is the message that I get with it:

IRQ not less than or equal

....

...

Technical Info:
STOP: 0X000000D1 (0X00000048,0X000000A,0X0000001,0XF7D07D9C)

cx88aud.sys

Address F7D07D9C base at F7D07000, Datestamp 3ddd 9283.

Now I am not overclocking and these are the conditions that I get it at: I shut down my system, it goes all nicely through the Saving settings and whatnot and then as it is about to shut down/reboot, The BSOD pops up. What am i doing wrong? Anyone?

Oh and on the plus side, I just clean installed windows and drivers and stuff alike.

Looks like its a bad drive, you may have to find out what device is using that drive and get the latest drivers. Google seemed to indicate a capture/tv turner card.

I believe Dahak meant to say "drivers" and not "drive"... this error message is frequently caused by a misbehaving or buggy device driver. Try installing the latest drivers for all your hardware.

Occasionally though, the IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL bluescreen can be caused by bad RAM or a bad motherboard. Check your motherboard for any bad capacitors (if the capacitors are bulging or oozing, you have a bad motherboard), and also run some diagnostics like MemTest86 to test your memory.

No, its a new mobo, an abit one. less than a week and a half old. ANd yeah it was my tv card. It was caused by the fragmentation of drivers...the defrag utility somehow did something to the drivers. Had to reinstall them from scratch.. works ok now.
