Urgent Help Requested - K6 III 400 in an A-Open AX59pro MB Dont Post/Beep/Boot

I just put in a k6 III 400 into a AOpen AX59pro MB and it will not post, boot, etc... It Makes no sounds. I need help My mem come from an old mb that died on me. I have the dip switches set as follows:
1, 3, 6 are on and the rest are off and i have jp4 at 1-2, jp5 at 1-2, jp6 at 2-3, jp23 at 1-2, jp24 at 1-2, jp25 at 2-3. my memory is 168 pin. the mb version is 1.32 any help?
 
Press on the mobos' BIOS chip to make sure it is seated in the socket. Sometimes in "transit" they work loose.
 
ok, i have 2 sticks of ram, tried each one alone and still nothing, ithe only card i have in is the vid card, i don't know if thiscan be a factor or not but my case cabels don't match up right, i have 2 power wires for my case and my mb only has place for 1??? i pulled the cpu and still the same thing??? as soon as it gets power i here a few fast clicks in the first 2 secounds of power and that is it. i wounder if aopen may have messed up and this chip not workin my mb?
