Active@ Partition Recovery, I think. Then instead of reinstalling Windows, use Active NTFS Reader for DOS to get the file and send it to a disk/over a network connection.

I will give that a shot, does anybody know how to get this SATA drive to boot up as a slave drive wth an ATA?
