URGENT HELP NEEDED - Problem solved ~ Thanks Ameesh

My dad needs to finish typing his final paper in Word and it crashes everytime you open a document. I cant figure out why!! ANY help would be appreciated!! I've already applied all the patches and Service Packs. I just did a fresh format a couple days ago, so its not a super old install! I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled Office. I've tried Norton SystemWorks. NOTHING works. Please help, I'm running out of time VERY fast. here's the Dr Watson log:

2000. I get the usual "WINWORD.exe has crashed and creating error log" blah blah message.
