URGENT help needed! New PC won't boot!

The only new part to the PC is my GPU, which is a 7800 GTX. Everything worked fine before I put in the GTX (I had a X700 Pro PCI-E). I plug the power cable in, I hit the power button on my V1000B, and the blue LEDs on my fan flash for a split second and then go off. When I hit the button again, nothing flashes.

This is happening on a DFI Ultra.

Antec TruePower 550. I'm using an adaptor cable that plugs into two seperate lines and goes into the 6 pin PCI connector.

Also, everything worked fine when I had the X700 Pro in, and now that the GTX went in, nothing turns on. The orange lights on the DFI go on, but nothing else.

yeah, you can see the power plug right above your chipset fan. plug that in and the one in between the card and the cpu. its a floppy connector.
