URGENT HELP NEEDED ! Maestro 3100 - FILES MISSING !!!

Hey everyone. Long time lurker first time poster.

Anyways, I have a Magellan Maestro 3100 GPS System.
I power it on, It says Magellan, a black bar "loads", and thats it.

I hooked it up to my computer and looked inside it, and there are the 4 file folders
APP MAP SYS USR

All the folders are empty. AHHH!!!

Please , Please , Please Does anyone have the 3100 and could they send me the files through a link or an email?

Im going on a trip this week and could REALLY USE IT!

Le t me know your thoughts, suggestions.

and btw, Magellans website was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP !

The files to replace you files are 950meg in size and would take a long time to upload. How in the world did you lose them? One of the first things I did with my 3100 was to back all the files up on my hard drive.
