URGENT - DOS based anti-virus scan?

My friend tried installing OfficeXP and her computer died. I can access DOS, but I can't do much else. While looking around I found a file called 'backdoor.ini'. Is there a good (free) DOS based AV program that I can use?

or suggestions on how to fix the computer? thanks.

There's a program called AVP out there, they make a DOS version as well, lemme look for a link...
