URGENT!! Can someone tell me how to remove the retail heatsink/fan from my pentium II 400?

Someone please help me, I have been trying to remove the retail heatsink/fan from my pentium II 400 with no luck. Can someone please tell me the steps to do this. The heatsink looks like it has rivets through it and I don't know how to get around this. Someone please help me.

What do you mean? It has screws from the hs on the the p2 slot cpu???
All I did to mine was to get a flat philips head and insert it in between the hs/cpu and it came off.
