URGENT!!! Ancient modem driver & weird hardware failure in winXP

well, yes. read the title. I need a driver for my old Hayes Accura 336 V.34+Fax in Win2K/XP.
can someone tell me where to download? or... anyone has it??

2nd problem: I instaled a rockwell internal modem, installed the XP driver and it can't connect. It always said "Opening port, there is a hardware failure on the connecting device". what does it suppposed to mean???? and how to fix it?

Might want to try DriverGuide. They have a "Drivers Found" section for almost every hardware manufacturer. When it asks, use drivers/all for the username/password. They make everyone sign up for an account to get your spam info, then give the same username/pass to everyone -- really annoying! Other than that, it's a great site!
