Yeah, unfortunately you have to be in NYC.
I just wrote them an email (I tried using my Dad's place on the East Coast then tried Borderfree but they don't ship to either one) and they just replied that you need to find a NYC friend.
They'll ship to your friend then he/she'll ship to you 🙂.
