I keep going in loops when i search for a definition.

Works for me, although when I initially opened the page I got a runtime error. I did not wish to debug.

no the page opens, its when you try to search a definition.

type neff and you get several options, you click on nef and it said no definition.

I see what you mean, it just takes me to different lists of related words but no definitions.
