n0cmonkey: Gotta love FreeBSD/OpenBSD!

My favorite: Vax!
Our Vax Cluster at work has been up for over 4 years...it never goes down unless the whole dam power grid shuts off =)

For the record, Linux won't show up on the NetCraft uptimes because it uses a long to keep track of uptime, which means on 32-bit machines it wraps around to 0 after ~497 days. There was some discussion about changing it in 2.4 because changing data types is a real easy way to break userland apps, not sure if it'll make it into 2.5 or not.

<< Wow, many Unix/Apache servers. No sight of Microsoft. >>

I had my Win2K box running last week for 5 days. for most of the time a rogue CMD.EXE window was present on the desktop. I opened it to telnet into a UNIX machine but CMD.exe crashing leaving the window open and I couldn't close it (and it didn't appear in the process list - LOL).
