Why is it that RED objects often produce the most errors with typical processing? -M

Because the red laser used by DVD players gets "confused" if you will when reading red video. Ever use one of those transparent, red, plastic filter and look at red colored objects? They look white, don't they? Same thing with the red DVD laser; it gets confused.
