Have a cyperpower UPS. I check the battery level via the power panel app, says 100%, great.
I initiate a self test and the level goes to 20ish % - critical. WTH? is 100% not accurate , not sure what to think about this.

Try letting it run it down completely until the point that it cant even turn on the LCD panel. Then plug back in, recharge, retest.
