Looks like the package finally made to its destination...

I for one won't use UPS, nor will I recommend them as a shipping service in the future.

UPS is still incompetent!
 
I feel for you, I won an item on ebay and chose 3 day shipping.

The package sat in Louisville Kentucky for 2 days and now its going to take two more days to get here to me for a total of 5 days.

3 day shipping my ass!
 
This is another routing situation. Packages always have to move with Fedex, UPS, DHL as they handle quite a lot of package. Because you seem pretty rural in Oregon... plus Salt Lake isn't considerably a major city. I predict that UPS didn't have any connections from Salt Lake to Whitter, CA. Anaheim and Sacramento did not have a domestic CA route to Whitter. I usually find packages that sit (don't move) for a day or two are scheduled to do so.
