I have a package that shipped from CA on the 28th and has been sitting their due to Adverse Weather Conditions according to tracking. It has not moved since then.

You know, they don't teleport packages from California to Pennsylvania. There is weather in between that affects package transport and delivery.
 
it means it was on a train/truck that got stuck in the Colorado/Kansas blizzard
