UPS - What the hell does this mean?

The conveyer belt guy threw it to the truck guy but it was an incomplete pass, they'll try again tomarrow and I hope it wasn't anything fragile.

Wouldn't be the first time. I've filed tons of complaints with UPS but they don't seem to do anything about it. Usually I just end up biting the bullet and pay extra for fedex but I've been short on cash as of late. I'm just going to call them at 7am and have them hold the package so I can pick it up... like usual.
