UPS: What the F&%$?

So I got Lenovo to send me a box for my Thinkpad. Webcam isn't working and the LCD has a few spots on it. They've got great turnaround time, etc, etc. So I'm tracking the box coming to me. It's coming from Louisville, KY, and I'm in Chattanooga, TN (right on the GA/AL/TN border).

The sad thing is that there hasn't been any inclement weather in Knoxville that would stop UPS...

Actually looks like:

They picked up in Louisville...
Tried to transfer it to Knoxville.
Weather prevented the transfer
Later it departed Lousivelle and Arrived in Knoxville
The last two arrival/depart/arrival was probably sorting for delivery...

It doesnt look (from you what you posted) that it actually went BACK to Louisville at any point...
