UPS Tracking ??

Ordered the iPhone 5 for my son on 09/25/12 and finally got an email last friday saying it's been shipped. Problem is UPS isn't updating it's shipping progress, so when I try to track, it's still saying the phone is in China, with a scheduled delivery date of 10/25/12. Is the pkg lost or something? Never had any problems tracking a pkg before so I'm not sure what to think. I'll probably give it a few days after the scheduled deliver to find out what's going on, but just curious if anyone's had this issue before and any results.

USP is pretty good at updating tracking info in real time, I dont think they have received it from China yet, maybe they will receive it tonight and send it to you overnight...

How many UPS/Fedex/USPS tracking threads do we need ... and how would anyone in the forums know the answer to any of these queries?

OP, you bought from a company that ships from CHINA. Deal with the fact that you saved some green ... but now you have to deal with abhorrently long shipping times. My last order took 3+weeks to get to me.

I've decided that unless I can wait a VERY LONG TIME ... I don't order from vendors in HK and China.

OP, you bought from a company that ships from CHINA. Deal with the fact that you saved some green ... but now you have to deal with abhorrently long shipping times. My last order took 3+weeks to get to me.

Apple ships direct from China. You also have to consider the time/day difference. If you don't receive it by the estimated delivery date contact Apple.

Fedex/UPS shipping from China is no slower than anywhere else. Normal post shipping is what is slow.

I didn't know Apple shipped from China until my wife ordered her phone, at which, through every step of the shipment I was updated with the status. Now, for whatever reason, I'm not getting status updates with this order, which is my main question as to what's going on.

Just an update but the tracking finally updated. It's left KY and on the way to CA.

i love these threads where someone complains about their package being late/misrouted/heldup prior to the scheduled delivery date.
