UPS Tracking Info Still Says Billing Information Received

I bought something off of ebay and when I check the UPS status on it, it still says Billing Information Received and nothing else. Is has been like this a week. The status has not changed. Does this mean it hasn't shipped yet? The original due date was supposed to be today the 21st.

Either it did not ship or it was not properly scanned into the UPS system.

Email the seller.

I've had packages arrive and still say "Billing Information Received" online. It happens.

Here you are.. it came like 2 weeks after it was shipped :/ ****** and yes it still says Billing info received on my tracking.

Ebay says it's in transit so I'm just sticking with that.
