You may want to grow up too.

First of all, who are you to tell to "grow up".
You need to "grow up" and read the thread and realize that I know what I am going to do...

How old are you OP? I'm guessing about 15.

Your psychic prediction is..... WRONG.
Judging by the grammar of your username, I believe you are 15. (Although I think they teach the lesson where AN comes before vowels and vowel sounds earlier then the 10th grade.)

I never made a prediction and never claimed to be psychic

You did however make a prediction in the literal sense of the word. Psychic is just a cool adjective I decided to use.

Oh thanks chocobo (whatever that means...). You have now been limited to communication through pictures?

No, he didn't you tard. He didn't say "you turn 15 next year." That would be a prediction, and I think it's more accurate than his guess that you're 15 now.

So, what IS the difference between guess and prediction?

No... no he didn't. You see, that is ONE definition. That doesn't mean they are synonyms. A prediction is often a guess. A guess is not necessarily a prediction.

When you go to a psychic they guess. They are hardly ever right. Same as if anyone else guessed.

Montypythizzle,
did you approach the seller the same way you approached UPS? Because that could very well be the problem. You don't understand how to deal with people and you don't listen when you don't like the answer. If you used the method you used with UPS he's almost certainly angry and has no interest in helping you. And to be honest, it's hard to blame him.
I also doubt you're going to get anymore help here, you've presented yourself as a spoiled child and refused to listen when given sound advice.
There is a lesson for you here, the question is are you bright enough to understand what it is?

Yeah he never answered his PMs so I went ahead and tried harder to persuade UPS to help me. Well, the help they gave came in the form of copy and paste. I never got a human to talk to. TBH, Latarshia sounds like a fake name.

No, I did not talk to the seller as I did UPS.

A spoiled child? How am I spoiled? When I was a kid my parents made less than 30k together for 3 kids. Also, apparently I have listened to others and also thanked them for their responses.

You seem to be the one that needs to grow up and get a ****** life apart from a forum.
It's called a woman companion, find one.

UPS IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO HELP YOU. YOU ARE NOT THEIR CUSTOMER. THE LIABILITY IS PROVIDED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, NOT THEIR CUSOMTERS' CUSTOMERS.

THEY TOLD YOU THIS.
PEOPLE ON THIS HAVE TOLD YOU THIS.

ONLY CONTACT THE SENDER AND STOP BITCHING ABOUT GETTING YOUR ASS HANDED TO YOU BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE WHOLE WORLD KEEPS ON TELLING YOU AND KEEP ARGUING THAT WHICH IS IRREFUTABLE.

I truthfully don't understand why the OP should have to contact the seller.

Yes the OP paid the seller, but UPS covers the damage to the package because they created the damage to the box.

Why does the shipper have ANYTHING to do with it?

The insurance pay out should go to the reciever.
