YAUPSST: PAB's response to seeing all the UPS rant threads...
Instead of getting pissed off and posting at ATOT, an outlet where no UPS employed teamster will probably ever visit in the course of their lives, do the following:
Get your stop number, usually a three digit code written in crayon or pen on your package.
Find out who your route driver is.
Call the 800 number and say you're interested in getting an account with them.
Meet a local acount rep.
Give THEM hell to take to the center manager about the piss poor service you recieve.
Actually impact the way of life, or at the very least, make part of their bosses day part of dealing with a pissed off customer rather than sitting in an office shuffling paperwork.
Just a thought. Dont shoot the messenger, just their boss.
