Question UPS simulated sine wave

Are the cheap simulated sine wave UPS's generally ok for current PSUs? Do the newer LLC+DC-DC designs make a difference on simulated sine wave input power?
 
Simulated sine wave is perfectly fine. It's all I've ever used for my personal PCs.

I've only had a problem with very few PSUs in the past with not using true sine. But that was a long time ago.
