UPS question

I recently moved to Florida (last Nov) and had some stuff left in storage back in Texas. I had a friend retrieve some of it, and ship it to me. It's scheduled to be delivered today, and I just emailed him for an unrelated reason, and he brought up that he may have gotten my address wrong. Do I call UPS, or have him, or what?

What I mean is UPS going to take my word for it, or his, or what?

He needs to contact ups not you as he is the shipper. They have the ability to redirect shipments. Tho I do not know if a cost will be incurred.

Ahh the money isn't a problem, I sent him more than enough, and told him to pocket the rest. If there is a small fee, I'm sure he won't have a problem with it. OK thanks I'll call him.
