Anyone know how often UPS updates the information on a package?

Do they do them early in the morning and late at night only?

I only wish they indicated the name of the person and the location of each time they put a dent in my package. Now that would be a service i would pay extra for from those UPS only vendors.

I've never had a damaged package from them yet, although I currently have a late one.

Well if you keep using them you definitely will...

They have a way with cardboard... they create crushed boxes and holes when there's no need, all in the name of art.

So you get an amazingly complex riddle every time you get a UPS shipped box... just don't expect your "goodies" inside to survive the sculpting process.

They are scanned every time they enter and leave a facility, and several times within the facility. The information is realtime AFAIK.

I think they have about a 50% hit rate as far as being able to locate something. At least from my experience with them.
