UPS poor delivery service

They are so slow to deliver stuff to you and they either come really late say 7-8 pm. One day, they left my stuff at their warehouse, nextday they forgotten to put it on the truck haha what a bunch of moron. Not only that it took 5 day to get from CA to GA, it also took an extra 2 day because of their mistake. I've been told from someone who use to work their that the way they do thing is sloppy/messy/disorganized, this is true from my experience of a few delivery from UPS. If they don't get their acts together, they're going out of business soon because you know what, i've had it with them and my last time buying from merchant who uses UPS shipping.

i still don't understand why companies still use ups instead of priority mail...i guess ups offers company incentives....although their service still sucks for the price you pay

UPS is still better than Fedex and Airborne. I work at a mail-order company. UPS is far better than any domestic carrier out there in most areas.

UPS treat their package as if it's indestructible, can't they be more gentle with it? Working faster doesn't mean destroying merchandise that dont belong to them, what gives? I suppose it something to take their angers on, talk about temper people. They are more expensive then fedex for faster delivery like 3 days or less. Well I guess they both have their ups and down but UPS being bad as it is, are extremely slow at delivering packages and that is enough to make people not use them again or don't buy from any merchant who uses UPS.

Last Monday I orded about 40Lbs of stuff from Newegg.com and Colorcases.com

Newegg had 3 boxes, Colorcases had 1.

Newegg's arrived FedEx on Thursday. Colorcases, via UPS, still isnt here.

Newegg is in Cali. Colorcases is in IL. I am in PA.

Granted, It still may not be shipped, but being the optimistic jerk I am, I am going to blame it on UPS becasue this happeded the last time I shipped via them too. And I cant really make up mean things to do to my local Colorcases.com guys now can I?
