UPS pickup question

I have some stuff in St. Louis I need shipped here. I don't want the person in STL to have to do anything but put the packages out, and I can't think of a good way to get the labels from here to there anyway.

Does the ups man bring the labels and slap 'em on threre or do they have to be on already?

Explain this better. Any package that is going out will need a label.
