UPS needs? For 110W, 350W, and more?

I'm getting a stand alone recorder that operates at 110Watts. The PSU is 350W with the antec sonata. What UPS can I get that has pure sine wave output that is quite for these power requirements?

Cheaper is better, but I would like some extra power for expansion.

Couple of quick questions about power. 1) If a PSU is 350W, does that mean it requires 350 Watts always, or only on load, or does it require more? 2) How many watts do Volt amps put out? For example a 1000VA would provide how many watts?

Thanks

Don't have the answers to the other question at the moment (volt amps => watts), BUT!!!

Your power supply will only draw the amount of power needed by the system (+efficiency), so the specs of your PC will matter a lot in determining the size of a UPS.

For comparison, my PC (sig) and 17" LCD monitor will run at least a couple minutes off a 625va UPS.

Hello, if you go to apc's site they have configurator. You put in various info about your PC and it gives you some recommendations.
