Yep and you'll never know when you'll get it as that tracking service SUCKS. It doesn't update frequently like regular UPS tracking unless they upgraded recently.
 
It's like FedEx SmartPost; ships through normal UPS to a localish USPS sort facility, where it gets transfered to USPS for final delivery.
 
Its cheaper for the shipper, but generally much slower (especially in FedEx's case. UPS isn't quite as bad generally)
