I don't have a receipt because I printed the label at home through my online account. I don't know exactly what happened, but my guess is that either my package was never scanned in at the UPS store or the package walked out of the store. I have dropped off a ton of packages at this store before and the guys that work there know me quite well. I don't think they did anything funny with the package.
Yeah, a real fun ride for me. I just want this to be done with and behind me. I feel horrible for holding you up and I am really not getting any help from UPS (shocker).
I guess you can leave a package at UPS, one of their workers can take it and then UPS has no obligation to reimburse you for your loss? If I call them up, will I get anywhere?
who is this someone that is going to get negative feedback? mr. pitts has refunded your money, correct? so you are not out anything but some frustration and the disappointment of not potentially getting a free router? I'm unclear why you would have gotten a free router anyway, if UPS had honored the insurance, mr. pitts would be the one getting the insurance money..
I can understand him being quite upset by this whole episode because he neither has his money, or his router at this point but you.. seem to have broken even on the transaction..
negative feedback.. don't trade with this guy, UPS lost the package and he willingly and politely refunded my money?
