Me and Mpitts are involved in a transaction for his Linksys WRT54G router. Due to original complications, he felt obligated to overnight it to to me through UPS.
He sent it on September 27th via UPS Overnight. He told me he shipped it on the 29th and asked if I had received it yet. I said, no, and told him this is the page I got:
Mpitts tells me today that he got nothing from UPS and that they seemed to have "no record of the package." I checked the tracking number again today and it now tells me it wasn't a valid tracking #.
They obviously had a log of it. Pitts is busy, so what can I do, the receiver, to get my package and get his money back? I understand insurance is free up to $100, so we should be able to get $100 + shipment fee from UPS, correct?

He told me he dropped it off at his UPS store and he'll see what happened. Now, Next Day Air isn't cheap and the fact it was taking more than a day is an instant refund.Status: Billing Information Received
