We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. Too late now, but call Newegg on Monday, and have them verify with UPS that it is indeed "lost", at least for now. They'll probably send you another, with instructions that if the first somehow shows up that you must send it back to them or they'll charge you for both. They'll probably tell UPS if they find it to ship it back to them, and deal with it themselves, since you haven't received it yet it's still technically Newegg's responsibility.
Haha. I sent a report to newegg about non-recieved item, and they said to wait until monday and let them know and they will file a UPS claim and send me another one.
I called UPS too, and they said Newegg, not me had to deal with it.
