I would consider that box to be in fair condition. You have to assume that if a package is being moved 1000 miles across the country, it will get beat up. Thats why you have little things like decent packaging.

Then why don't Airborne & FedEx packages show up looking like that? I've never gotten a FedEx or Airborne package in bad condition.

But for UPS, that package isn't bad ... no tire marks even (I received a package ... framed original art ... that was obviously driven over. Tire tracks and all).

I stopped shipping UPS quite awhile ago... Not only are they more expensive, but they crap up all my packages too.

i'd rather do ups than usps or fedex...i've had noo problems w/ ups ever...fedex is just too expensive..(except for newegg.com..hehe)..and in my life time, usps has lost 5 packages to and fro me..........i've sent letters and packages, ordered products using usps..i've probably lost about $300 because of usps' recklessness....as for ups, i'm very happy for their service and relatively competitive shipping costs (like when i sell something on ebay and stuff)...
