They lost my package.

It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, but they cannot find it. They don't know if it is on a truck, or never even left the sort facility in GA. They told me it could be in GA or AL and they don't know. A tracer was put on the package but they said it would take 1-8 business days before I would find anything out. Of course that is unacceptable. I said UPS should pay for Next Day Air, because Eyesave.com said they would reship it Next Day Air if UPS footed the bill. The lady at UPS said that is between the shipper and us... so I said conference call them. The people at Eyesave have been great and are shipping out a new one pair of sunglasses, and UPS is footing the bill.

If I would not have gotten Eyesave involved I would have never gotten anywhere. That is the problem... UPS refuses to ever pay attention a customer that is not a business. I could bitch and moan, but until the business said to jump, UPS wasn't concerned. Also, I knew there was a problem days ago with package and have called UPS at least 10 times over the past three days. I have never received a consistent answer, nor have I been told the full truth by ANY representative. It wasn't until I pulled Eyesave into the fray that things were rectified.

UPS will never got any more business from me. Now I will only use Fedex or USPS.

UPS doesn't do crap for you cause you weren't the one who shipped it. Generally, they only like to deal with people who are confirmed as the shippers.

Sorry, but they were doing crap for me, but not the "right" crap. Secondly you work for UPS, and I used to work for Fedex. We both know how the system works. All I wanted them to do was admit they lost the package and it took 10 phone calls before they would. I know when a fvcking package tracks like that and doesn't show up that they lost it.

Simply put, I don't care what UPS's opinion is, because they obviously don't need my business. I get/send around 100-200 packages a year so... UPS can eat it. :)

It took this long? I used to use UPS a lot, until a case I ordered showed up damn near folded in half. I just ordered Family Guy Volume 1 from amazon.com and it's being shipped UPS. I hope is arrives in one piece.

YOUR bad list? I had a loan funding delayed a few weeks ago because UPS lost the customers' signed loan documents.... :|

well i work for ups and let me tell you what goes on when the packages are delivered makes me not wanna use there services but im sure if they lost your package you will get 100% reimbursement jus go and complain until you get your money :)

Wow simply wow. The funny thing is the whole time I was on hold "Please remember to use UPS anytime you need guaranteed next day delivery!" So I am supposed to trust them to get a package somewhere in a day when they can't even get this one there in a week?
