They lost my package.
It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, but they cannot find it. They don't know if it is on a truck, or never even left the sort facility in GA. They told me it could be in GA or AL and they don't know. A tracer was put on the package but they said it would take 1-8 business days before I would find anything out. Of course that is unacceptable. I said UPS should pay for Next Day Air, because Eyesave.com said they would reship it Next Day Air if UPS footed the bill. The lady at UPS said that is between the shipper and us... so I said conference call them. The people at Eyesave have been great and are shipping out a new one pair of sunglasses, and UPS is footing the bill.
If I would not have gotten Eyesave involved I would have never gotten anywhere. That is the problem... UPS refuses to ever pay attention a customer that is not a business. I could bitch and moan, but until the business said to jump, UPS wasn't concerned. Also, I knew there was a problem days ago with package and have called UPS at least 10 times over the past three days. I have never received a consistent answer, nor have I been told the full truth by ANY representative. It wasn't until I pulled Eyesave into the fray that things were rectified.
UPS will never got any more business from me. Now I will only use Fedex or USPS.
