Ups is suck see what they did to my package today

well the tv came beaten up

+ it was opened
wtf ?

my rant and rave for the day

The package must have had inadequate packaging in the first place. Why would an employee want to purposely open a TV? It's not like they can steal it from the warehouse. Packages sometimes get crushed on a belt and open up. It's then taped up and moved along.

Grr.. I've been mad at UPS also. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my headphones from Sennheiser. :|

the usual UPS guy one time refused to get my 70 lb package (eventually, the manager had to personally deliver it to me cuz my mom sent two comps 3-day select!) some of those guys r LAZY!
my package was sitting there right on the loading dock. The manager was pissed off too! he was like (not to me, but i could hear him), &quot;Who The F$#$% DID THIS? WHO!?! GIMME THE F*&amp;#$ing schedule sheet! Mr. Kay, i apologize for xxxx's laziness. Wat time is a convient time for me to deliver this package to u?&quot;

i guess i got service, only after a 10 min phone call to the main number (then the manager in the Dallas hub called me)...also in there were two comps and ALL MY CLOTHES!! if i was to b a prick, i would've made them compensate me.

btw: i went to an INQ e-commerce seminar in coronado bay in san diego and won a palm V from UPS
