Should of seen the package they left me today! Looks like it had been sitting in water and the whole bottom of it was gone. UPS sucks donkey balls. boxes are always smashed up, without fail. The delivery guy is always nice though.

I have like 20 boxes in here, all UPS, in pristine condition.

Looks like a piss poor packing job caused that damage.

nope. lots of air bags in the box, and the top of the box was nicely taped. i can't imagine if anyone buys a hard drive and then got it from UPS looking like this, it'd probably go straight to RMA.

But what was IN the box?

If it was something small and they put it in a huge box, but didn't put enough packing material in it, well there you go. That looks like what happened.

If the box was packed with enough material, the pressure on the sides would have been greater and the box would have been more stable.

That's what it looks like to me.

I've probably posted this numerous times, but our local UPS guy threw a package at our dog and hit her. Fvckin son of a bitch.

Well that's not UPS's fault, that's a ****** idiot moron driver that should be fired. Hope you called about that.

And speaking of UPS - they just now delivered another package to me. It's in pristine condition, all the way from NY to CA.

I didn't say it was UPS's fault, but yeah, I called them up. Then they guy had the nerve to confront me about it on his next delivery and say that I was messing with his job and I was trying to get him fired. I wanted to throw the box in my hand right at his face.

Are you an AEG viral marketer??

Cuz last time I ordered from Newegg, I did one from UPS, one from Fedex. They both shipped from the same location(Going from Tenn to Mich) the same day with 2 day express delivery. The Fedex package arrived the next day around lunchtime.

The UPS package arrived 5 days F-I-V-E days later. After I ordered 2 day express....Tenn to Mich AND the box was damaged.

Thats why brown doesnt work for me.

I actually had a UPS guy come back at like 7pm b/c he was on his way home from his route and when he stopped by earlier in the day I wasn't home. So he thought he'd just try to catch me on his way home rather than make me wait for the next day. I thought that was an awesome thing to do. I offered him a beer but he declined.

Wish I had that guy. Mine didn't bother to ring the doorbell, left an "attempted" delivery sleep on my door, and drove off with my laptop. Probably because I was at the end of his route. 🙁

ill give ups so good but they will never deliver a package early. FedEx does sometimes deliver earlier and faster but they did ether run over my package, or dropped a heavy heavy box on it. and i still have not gotten money from them from the insurance. But what am I going to do ship DHL?
UPS been good to me. But come on, DHL?!!! Now that is the company that blows. I ordered a package from Illinois to Illinois, about 45 miles driving distance, shipped DHL. I also ordered another package the same day that shipped from Newegg in CA to IL, shipped UPS. The UPS package from CA arrived faster. And it wasn't a mishandled package by DHL, it was their normal package handling methods, ship it to the regional warehouse (1 day), ship it to the local warehouse (2 days), then hand it over to the post office for final delivery (3 days).

And actually, UPS will often deliver packages early in December. I've often gotten 3-day shippents from Newegg in 2 days, and once in a while the next day! CA to IL, can't beat that.

I often have to call them to settle the mess they make.

I think that they intentionally say, "Thank you for choosing UPS," at the end of the call to provoke me. I alwys think, "I didn't CHOOSE UPS! Newegg/Dell/whoever did, and now I'm suffering for it!"
Have you too "conveniently" forgotten that Newegg offers both UPS & FedEx services? It was your choice to go with the less expensive carrier. The choice was there.
