I've never had any trouble with them. Packages always arrive when they are supposed to. I've never had anything damaged.

UPS rocks!

Everytime I think of UPS, I think of the Ace Ventura pet detective scene where he is delivering the package 🙂

Same here, Fedex on the other hand.........

I actually had a UPS guy come back at like 7pm b/c he was on his way home from his route and when he stopped by earlier in the day I wasn't home. So he thought he'd just try to catch me on his way home rather than make me wait for the next day. I thought that was an awesome thing to do. I offered him a beer but he declined.

That's exactly what I was going to post. UPS is the worst shipping company of the big three (USPS, UPS, Fedex). They damage packages consistently, their claims process is awful, their representatives aren't helpful, and their delivery times aren't really that accurate.

UPS once left a PC monitor sitting in my front yard. In the snow. It was in a big white illustrated box that said "SAMSUNG 753DF" and had a Dell return label on it. Thanks UPS!

Yeah same thing...cool guys.

But I've not had any trouble with FedEx either.

Well...they will leave things if you have a signature on file that states to leave things there whether you're home or not.

I'd rather that they don't deliver it if I'm not there. Then I can go pick it up later that night at the UPS shipping place if it's something I really need.

Back in college UPS left two huge DELL boxes right at my front door facing the busy road in plain sight even after I requested a sigature. Needless to say, I never saw the orginal shippment.

Let's just say my mileage varied. I have had so many problems with brown over the years I will never again enter into a deal involving them. I'd be a damn fool not to have learned my lesson after all the screw-UPS.

That'd be fine if...

1. I do NOT have a signature on file with UPS, for this very reason.

2. I have an open front porch which is about 5 feet deep and 15 feet wide. It only makes sense to leave it in the yard, in the snow.

Maybe the problem is that your local population is made up of morons or people who don't give a ******.

Actually being in a UPS package is probably part of hell's cycle. 🙂
Heat + mashing + rocking + kick + dropping + etc.

ill give ups so good but they will never deliver a package early. FedEx does sometimes deliver earlier and faster but they did ether run over my package, or dropped a heavy heavy box on it. and i still have not gotten money from them from the insurance. But what am I going to do ship DHL?

I often have to call them to settle the mess they make.

I think that they intentionally say, "Thank you for choosing UPS," at the end of the call to provoke me. I alwys think, "I didn't CHOOSE UPS! Newegg/Dell/whoever did, and now I'm suffering for it!"

my friends grandpa used to work for UPS he said when they worked for UPS it was alot different they actually took care of packages

but he's even dissapointed with them now since the newer driver dont care whats in the box they still literally toss it in the back of the truck

Should of seen the package they left me today! Looks like it had been sitting in water and the whole bottom of it was gone. UPS sucks donkey balls. boxes are always smashed up, without fail. The delivery guy is always nice though.
